"Not holding up, and at the worst time"
I bought this John Deere mower thinking it’d be something I could count on for years, but after just one season I’m already seeing parts feel loose and the deck paint is peeling. Of course it starts acting up right when I actually need it most, which makes it even more frustrating. For what I paid, I really expected better build quality. Disappointed, to be honest.

Every time I try to get a part, it’s unavailable, or, actually, it feels like they’re just never stocked up on anything I need. Frustrating

"Delivery turned into a whole mess"
The delivery showed up late, and then the pickup time got pushed back twice. I kept feeling pressured to rearrange my day around it, but no one seemed to actually know where my order was or what was going on. It was really frustrating, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I tried setting up financing and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The payment options felt super limited, then the site kept bouncing me around like I was missing something, but I couldn’t figure out what. And when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to call someone else, which was frustrating because at that point I just wanted a straight answer. I don’t know, maybe it works smoother for other people, but for me it was not worth the stress.

"Support just disappeared on me"
I reached out for help and waited several days, but nobody ever got back to me. Not saying it’s a scam, but when support completely ignores you like that, it really doesn’t feel great. Disappointing experience overall...

"Finding mower parts was way harder than it should be"
I was just trying to find a couple parts for my mower, but the website made it feel like a whole project. There were way too many steps, and I kept getting sent back around to the same pages without actually finding what I needed. The filters didn’t seem to work right, pages loaded slowly, and it wasn’t clear what parts fit my mower. For a company as big as John Deere, the site really shouldn’t be this frustrating to use.

"Repair costs feel way too high"
I ordered some parts and booked service through deere.com, i was shocked by how expensive everything ended up being. What I thought would be a small maintenance job turned into a much bigger bill than I expected.
The parts themselves already felt overpriced, and then the labor costs just added another hit. When I asked about the pricing, I didn’t really feel like my concerns were taken seriously, more like I was being brushed off.
The website worked fine enough, but the overall experience left a bad taste. Owning the equipment is already expensive, and this made it feel like even basic upkeep is going to cost way more than it should.

"Disappointing Dealer Service"
I really didn’t have a great experience with the dealer service. I was hoping for a smoother, more helpful process, but it ended up being frustrating. I’m sure they were busy, but the service just didn’t feel very professional or customer-focused

"Expected Better from a Deere"
I bought a John John Deere mower last year because my dad always swore by them, so I figured it was worth spending the extra money. When it’s running, it cuts the yard just fine, but it’s already been back to the shop twice for starting problems and random warning lights. The dealer hasn’t been much help either since it takes forever just to get them to look at it. For what I paid, I expected it to be a lot more dependable. Disappointing.

"Ordering was okay, but honestly could be smoother"
I ordered a part from deere.com and it showed up just fine, so no real complaint there. The site was a bit clunky though, and it took me longer than expected to find the right item. Checkout went through without any problems, but the shipping updates were kind of slow. Overall, not a bad experience, just something that could be a little easier and clearer.

"Warranty claim took longer than I figured"
I ordered some parts through deere.com and ended up needing to file a warranty claim when an issue popped up. The form itself wasn’t too bad… but I did have to send the same info more than once, which was kind of frustrating. Then there was just a stretch of waiting without much of an update.
To be fair, they did cover it in the end, so I’m glad about that. I just wish the status emails were a little clearer, or that someone would spell out what was supposed to happen next. Overall, not awful… but not exactly smooth either

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I used to think this place was decent, but the prices have gotten ridiculous for what you actually get. When I asked about it, I kind of felt talked down to instead of just getting a normal explanation. it doesn’t feel worth it anymore.
